Prestige Institute ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Prestigei Student mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from students enrolled at Prestige Institute ("users") who use the App. Accounts are created by Prestige Institute for enrolled students only; the App does not offer public sign-up.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Student ID, name, branch, and login credentials issued by Prestige Institute.
• Attendance Data: Class check-ins recorded when your student QR code is scanned at the academy, and your attendance history.
• Academic Information: Class schedule, test assignments and results, score reports, and grade (GPA) entries associated with your student account.
• Device and Notification Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and a push notification token so we can deliver notifications to your device.
• Biometric Sign-In (optional): If you turn on biometric sign-in, your login credentials are stored only in your device's secure storage and unlocked with your device's Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never sent to us.

The App does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Recording and displaying class attendance
• Showing your schedule, tests, score reports, and grades
• Sending notifications about classes, tests, and academy news
• Improving the App's functionality and user experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorized Prestige Institute staff for educational and administrative purposes. To deliver push notifications we use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which processes your device's notification token on our behalf. The App may open the Prestige Institute student portal, score reports, or YouTube videos in your browser; those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for students enrolled at Prestige Institute. Accounts are created by the academy during enrollment with the consent of a parent or guardian where required by law. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the App beyond what is needed to provide academy services. A parent or guardian may review or request deletion of a student's information by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted using secure, encrypted connections, and sign-in tokens are kept in your device's secure storage.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are enrolled at Prestige Institute and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by applicable laws and regulations. Push notification tokens are removed when you sign out or uninstall the App.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact your branch office or reach out to us using the contact information below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or by the academy.
